Visiting this website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server. When you visit, our hosting server briefly records technical data such as your IP address, the page requested and the time, to keep the service secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes this technical data on our behalf to protect and speed up the site.
Briefing requests
When you send a request we process the details you enter (name, email, organisation, role, country, phone if given and your message) to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR). We send you a confirmation email and forward your request to our team by email. Emails are delivered through Google Workspace. We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw your consent and receive your data in a portable format. You may also complain to a data protection authority. To exercise any right, write to [email protected].
